ELITE CALISTHENICS
Book NowJoin our Head Coach & calistenics master, Shane Rogers in Elite Calisthenics. Upon mastering the basics, this class is the pinnacle you should be aiming to enter.
The criteria:
- Pull Ups (Male 15 pull ups & Female 10 pull ups)
- 20 Tension V Snaps
- 50 Full Push Ups Unbroken
- 45 second active scap hang
- 15 second Floor-P Bar Hand stand
- 15 second Lsit

HANDSTAND
Book NowThe 'Hanstand' is the act of supporting the body in a stable, inverted vertical position by balancing on the hands. We will coach you to complete body awareness and condition the body to master this foundation gymnastics skill, in this class be ready to learn how to look at training from a different perspective, Upside Down.
